           David Hoicka is a Senior Executive and Advisor for Green and Sustainable Housing Project Management in the USA and internationally. He has extensive experience on innovative Affordable Housing and Community Development including managing and teaching large HUD low income housing programs nationally across the USA and internationally.

           David Hoicka is interested in multicultural communities that work, empowering our residents, and growing positive relationships with our larger community.

           David Hoicka specializes in Sustainable and Affordable Housing, and Construction and Financial Management.

           Applying multi-cultural and international best practices to enhance affordable housing, David Hoicka has worked on programs of all sizes, revitalizing and/or managing affordable housing and community development programs for thousands of families.

           David Hoicka increases agency effectiveness at delivering cost-effective services. This includes overseeing capital planning and allocation of resources based on community needs, maintenance experience data, and agency goals.
